Not knowing a few others aren't normie idols, so if it were up to him, he likely wouldn't tell a stranger what his powers could or couldn't do. But it begs the question, nearing words he's read from Hiyori: why are they limiting some guests' powers and not the others? A confusing question they may never know the answer to.
The shikigami could have his powers nerfed; for all Jun knows, he just remembers Megumi saying something about not knowing if he'll need him here, only due to there being no threats here compared to back home.
