Goodness, that thing looks huge! And what sharp teeth it has! But it has a friendly personality, you say? That's good, I suppose. You can't always judge based on looks. Sort of like we just talked about - even if someone gives off an aura of intimidation, they might still be a good boy π
But that does get me wondering about all sorts of things. I wonder if it's really true that he doesn't have a limiter. And if so, I wonder who else might have gotten "lucky."

Granted, no one that he spoke to on his network post believed they were powerful enough to break out of here; everyone, even the boastful types, said the resort was run by a strong force they weren't sure how to deal with. But what might happen if everyone worked together? Regular humans are stronger together than alone, so he can only assume the same holds true for magic users. Plus he hasn't talked to everyone in the resort yet by any means, so there might be some powerful mages out there just waiting to be discovered!
Anyway, he doubts this person's dog-shikigami thing can bite a hole in the forcefield or whatever, but you never know. Now that he knows his name and what he looks like, he might try to get in contact with him anyway.]

The thought of them being missing for so long is depressing, as is the realization that neither one of them has seen real sunlight in over a month.
But there's no sense in rehashing all that unpleasantness. He'd rather focus on the future, so:]
Once we're home again, let's spend a full day out in the sun. We can go to a beach, walk around a garden, hike a mountain, have a picnic - anything we want. Just so long as we're able to bask in the warm sunlight.
And while we're basking, we can say more nice things to each other. You can tell me all the wonderful things you like best about me, and perhaps I'll tell you what it is I like best about you. Alright? That sounds like a lovely time to me.
